PAYMENT

Cost per a 50 minute session: $60
To ensure timely processing, please submit service orders at least 1 month in advance. After placing an order, teacher approval may take 1-3 days, followed by a 2-week processing period by the Heartland ordering team. A Service Certificate will then be mailed to you. Please note that services require a valid Service Certificate, so kindly make your orders at the start of each month for the upcoming tutoring sessions. Tutoring will be suspended and your time slot may be subject to cancellation if a Service Certificate is not received by the 1st of the month or payment via Zelle, Venmo, or cash has not been received.
ATTENDANCE

Your childs's sessions are recurring appointments. Please see the attached schedule for planned holidays and vacations, aiming to align your breaks if possible, and inform us about unavoidable conflicts. In case of an emergency, kindly provide 24-hour notice of session cancellations. Missed or canceled sessions are non-refundable, but make-up sessions may be available upon request. Excessive cancellations may lead to discontinuation of services.
A student's progress is closely tied to consistent attendance at tutoring sessions. Frequent time off, absences, or extended breaks can disrupt the learning momentum and hinder progress. To achieve optimal growth, a minimum of two sessions per a week is required to make considerable progress, with three or four sessions offering even better results. Should you opt for a single day per week, it's crucial to realize that your child's progress may move at an exceptionally sluggish pace or, in some cases, our goals may remain unattainable.
PUNCTUALITY AND PICKUP

Timely arrivals and pickups are crucial as appointments are tightly scheduled and a supervised
waiting area is unavailable. Parents are welcome to attend sessions discreetly as observers. However, please refrain from bringing student siblings or other children to the tutoring site. Notify us of any changes in pickup arrangements to ensure your child's safety and security.
ENDING SERVICE

Please provide one week'
s notice if you intend to end services. This ensures a seamless transition,
allowing us to finalize with the student and prepare any documentation of academic progress that
you may wish to retain for your records.
